Once your samples arrive at the lab, results are delivered within 48 business hours or 24 business hours if the option was selected at checkout. You’ll receive a detailed digital report explaining the findings and recommended next steps.

Once your samples are received and logged by the laboratory, you’ll be automatically notified through our online portal. You can log in at any time to check your sample status and track its progress from receipt to results.

All you need is:

• A cotton swab (Q-tip)

• A zip-lock bag

• A marker

That’s it, no special tools or equipment required.
