2. Our Service
Total Testing provides professional report and laboratory analysis for mold through a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) testing process.
We do not perform onsite inspections or in-person visits.
All samples are collected by the customer, following the instructions provided after purchase.
Once collected, samples must be mailed to our partnered laboratory for analysis.
Reports are typically available within 48 business hours of lab receipt.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Carefully follow all collection and shipping instructions provided.
Ensure samples are properly labeled, packaged, and sent to the correct address.
Provide accurate and complete information during purchase and submission.
Because the samples are collected and handled by the customer, Total Testing cannot guarantee the accuracy of the lab results if the collection process is not followed correctly.
4. Licensing and Insurance
All laboratories partnered with Total Testing are accredited and operate under strict quality standards.
All reports are written and reviewed by licensed professionals under the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Total Testing, the company, is fully insured for its professional operations.
5. Payments and Checkout
Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout.
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Total Testing to charge the amount displayed at checkout for the selected service(s).
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our testing process, all sales are considered final once the customer has mailed the sample to the laboratory.
You may request a cancellation or refund within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the sample has not yet been mailed to the lab.

Refunds will not be issued for:
Samples mailed after the cancellation period.
Improperly collected or contaminated samples.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect mailing.
7. Results and Reporting
After lab analysis, a digital report will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Results are based solely on the submitted samples and reflect conditions at the time of collection.
Reports are intended for informational purposes only and should not replace professional remediation, medical advice, or a licensed inspection.
8. Limitation of Liability
Total Testing is not liable for:
Errors or inaccuracies caused by improper sample collection.
Delays due to shipping or laboratory processing times.
Any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our reports or services.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, including text, graphics, instructions, and design, are the property of Total Testing.
